This was a challenge of the Tulsa Dolling Dames to create a doll from a piece of art. This picture is an antique 1/2 yard long of a young girl in a Harlequin outfit(author unknown) I love Halequins and have a minor collection of them. Our granddaughter, Malory wanted this dress duplicated for herself which i did and will have to post a picture of her in it. She is as adorable as the picture.

Wenzel Steampunk car and dude.
This was a wonderful online class through Adele's S. with pattern by S. Barmore.  I learned so much with help from the dolling dames, Jean, Jayne & Laurie.  What would I have done without their help in the beginning.  What a genius designer.

Let's vote.  Whether you are a Democrat or Republican you might enjoy my tribute to the Presidential election.

I couldn't quite get it done until a few days after the election but it was a fun pattern from Frowning Francis, Folk Art.
Here is the witch that Nark made from our face exchange. Isn't it cute!

This was a 2 day class with Stephanie Norvaski. I love the body on this doll and it actually stands on his own He is a steampunk dude doll.
We had a challenge in our doll club where we exchanged unuseable doll heads we had discarded and I picked a styrofoam ball with some paper clay on it and this is the wizard I came up with.
It was a lot of fun and was mainly a Halloween challenge. Jennifer made the original head so she got this wizard to take home. Nark got my doll head and really made a cute witch out of it which I now have.
